AN ORIGINAL STORY

Since 1924, the Wisconsin Baker's Association has proudly operated the Original Cream Puffs bakery and the Original Cream Puffs Pavilion at the Wisconsin State Fair. We like to think we're the busiest bakery in the country during those two weeks in August. Our iconic Original Cream Puffs are only sold during the Wisconsin State Fair, and "Team Cream Puff" - over 150 strong - runs the 24/7 Cream Puff operation. We create, bake, and sell well over 350,000 of our famous puffs!

WE CREATED THE WORLDS LARGEST CREAM PUFF!

In 2011, Original Cream Puffs set the new world record by creating the largest cream puff at the Wisconsin State Fair. The Original Cream Puff measured 38 inches wide, 7-1/2 inches high, ​and weighed in at 125.6 lbs. 

OUR PRODUCTS


​The Original Cream Puff is the most iconic dessert and only sold during the Wisconsin State Fair. But recently we've expanded our offerings at seasonal popup events. We've debuted a strawberry cream puff, latte cream puff, cocoa cream puff, pumpkin spice cream puff, peppermint cream puff, irish cream cream puff, and mint chocolate cream puff!
